The anthology was specifically written and compiled as a fundraiser for the refuge, and the stories, which are suitable for all audiences, leave the reader with a positive feeling of hope for the future of these endangered animals. The stories in the anthology focus primarily on large-animal rescue and/or the dangers of keeping one as a pet.

About the Diamond State Romance Authors

On a spring day in 2006, five Arkansas Romance Writers of America® (RWA) (and another three in spirit) met and formed the Diamond State Romance Authors (DSRA). Three more meetings followed, all open to interested RWA members and RWA member-gonnabes, in which we discussed and decided upon things such as chapter goals, bylaws and basic policies and procedures. Today, there are more than 25 members, many of whom are published romance novelists.

Until next time, may your dreams be magical.
